Cancellation & Refund Policy
Payments are billed on a monthly basis for all classes. Payment for each month will be collected at the beginning of the month.
We understand that circumstances may change, and students may need to withdraw from the class. To ensure transparency and fairness, please review the policy below:
1. Cancellation Policy:
Students may cancel their enrollment at any time by notifying us via call or email. To complete the cancellation, you must fill out the official cancellation form provided by the Bhasa Team. To avoid being charged for the next month, cancellation must be completed (including submission of the form) before the end of the current billing month.
Example: Payment for April will be collected on April 1st. Therefore, cancellation must be completed by March 31st (including submitting the cancellation form). If the form is submitted after this date, the April payment will still be charged, and the cancellation will be processed at the end of April.
2. Refund Eligibility (First Month Only):
For the first month of the course, students are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request (and form submission) is made within two weeks of the course start date.
3. No Refunds After First Month:
Starting from the second month and onwards, no refunds or credits will be issued once payment has been processed for that month. However, once canceled, no future monthly charges will occur.
